SwiftInnStay is not liable for currency exchange discrepancies or charges imposed by your bank.
In cases where we act as an intermediary, the final contract for accommodation is concluded between you and the hotel provider.

4. Cancellation, Refunds & Changes

Each hotel listing on our site specifies its own cancellation and refund policy, which you must accept prior to confirmation. Depending on the property, cancellation terms may vary:

Fully refundable up to a certain date
Partially refundable with a fee
Non-refundable under any circumstances
You are responsible for reviewing the terms attached to your specific reservation.
In case of no-show, the full booking amount may still be charged.
